Patti has been investing in real estate in Houston for 18 years along with her brother Chuck and son TK.  While gaining first hand experiences, Patti has attended numerous bootcamps with many of the best U.S. mentors that have taught her how to streamline our company business in this ever changing economy. Although her primary focus is purchasing single family homes, she also excels at acquiring homes that have complex probate problems and selling them at her one-of-a-kind Highest Bidder Auctions.

TK moved to Houston in 2003 in order to join the family real estate investment business, Real Wealth Inc. (RWI). At that time, RWI was totally focused on the rehab segment of the Houston real estate market and he wanted to broaden their business objectives to include other segments of the market such as probate, wholesale, foreclosure, short sale, and loan modification. Initially, TK’s primary role within RWI was to develop and refine the marketing processes in order to acquire and service leads. Since then, TK has broadened his knowledge and execution skills in the areas of marketing, funding, buying and selling. This has created our company The Aida Group.

Justin Rohr in our companySenior Consultant: Justin Rohr

Meeting new people and helping clients find the right house to call home is his passion. His client dedication and love of helping others are what motivate him most. “You are the driver, I am the passenger who’s there to guide, educate, and provide the best service possible.”

Justin has honed his negotiating skills from years spent in the Oil and Gas industry so having him on your side means you’re working with a real professional.

Raised in Western Canada graduated from Manhattanville College in New York but now calls Texas home. Whether rooting on the Leafs (yes – a hockey fan) or playing in local intramural sports leagues, in his free time, you can find Justin watching or talking sports. An avid explorer of the city, he loves to try new restaurants and check out local music and neighborhood festivals.

Senior Consultant: Duman Umanzor

Honduras native. Moved to Houston in 2001 with his family and graduated from the University of Houston-Downtown with a BBA in Finance. Works in Commercial Real Estate and Investing in real estate for 2 years. Enjoys building relationships and solving problems

Sales Manager: Tom McCutcheon

Tom McCutcheon has been investing in real estate for12 years starting in the San Francisco Bay Area working with foreclosure victims during the great recession. He formed a real estate investment firm, Gimme Shelter Homes, and branched out into the areas of wholesale, probate, lease options, and owner financing. He now works real estate all over the country using his expertise gathered from many of the best experts in the field to foster residential redevelopment and help homeowners find real estate solutions.

Tom was raised in the Los Angeles area and went to UCLA. After spending ten years in the mountains of Sun Valley, Idaho and Lake Tahoe, he settled in San Francisco, got a Master’s Degree from UC Davis, worked as an athletic director at a local school and also as an exercise physiologist.
